    Treatments & Services

Comprehensive foot care services delivered by experienced professionals

    Nail Surgery

    From £330

This procedure involves the administration of local anaesthetic. After this, you will not feel any discomfort or pain. You do not usually need the entire nail removed as we can remove the side that is causing the problem, without it affecting the rest of your nail. We then chemically ablate this part of the nail, which aims to stop re-growth. The entire process takes approximately one hour. Book an Initial consultation for this treatment. Assessments need to be carried out before booking directly for Nail surgery. Alternatively, speak to one of our receptionists.

    Verruca Needling

    From £50

This involves a local anaesthetic and enables deeper layers of tissue to be destroyed. It is the most effective treatment for persistent verrucae and is usually carried out as a one-off treatment. Book in for Veruucae Needling for this appointment.

    Acid Therapy

    From £50

This is a treatment used to target and remove verrucae (plantar warts) or in some cases, painful corns. The treatment works by softening and gradually breaking down skin tissue. Salicylic acid is carefully applied to the affected area by a podiatrist following preparation of the surrounding skin, ensuring the treatment is directed precisely at the verruca. Over a series of treatments, the acid helps remove layers of infected skin and stimulate the body’s natural healing response, allowing healthy skin to gradually replace the affected tissue. Book for verrucae treatment for this appointment. Alternatively, speak to one of our receptionist or bulk treatment options.

    Cryotherapy

    From £50

Cryotherapy uses liquid nitrogen to freeze the top layer of skin. It can be painful but if tolerated well, it is effective when used on multiple occasions. This is rarely effective when used as a one-off treatment. Book for verrucae treatment for this appointment. Alternatively, speak to one of our receptionist or bulk treatment options.

    Custom Made Orthotics

    £325

Specially designed and created to support the unique structure and biomechanics of your feet. Following a biomechanical assessment and foot scan, orthotics can be designed to help improve foot alignment, redistribute pressure, and reduce strain on the feet and lower limbs. Using an in-house 3D printer, the orthotics are manufactured with precision to match the exact shape and support requirements of your feet. This technology allows for a highly personalised device that can help manage a range of conditions, improve comfort during walking or activity, and provide long-term support for the feet. Book a Biomechanical Assessment/Foot scan for this appointment.

    Off the Shelf Orthotics

As well as bespoke orthotics, we offer pre-made orthotics. These work well for mild discomfort and will ease mild discomfort from common biomechanical abnormalities of the foot. Book a Biomechanical Assessment/Foot scan for this appointment.

    Diabetic Assessment

A diabetic foot assessment checks the circulation, nerve sensation, and overall health of the feet. This helps identify any early signs of risk, such as reduced feeling, pressure areas, or skin changes, so appropriate care can be provided.

    Biomechanical Assessment & Foot Scan

    £110 - Reviews £30

A biomechanical assessment involves examining how the feet, ankles, and lower limbs function during standing and walking. This helps identify issues with foot posture, movement patterns, and weight distribution that may contribute to pain or injury. As part of this assessment, a PHITs foot scan may be used to analyse pressure patterns and foot alignment while standing or moving. The scan provides a visual representation of how weight is distributed across the feet, helping the podiatrist identify areas of excessive pressure or imbalance. This information allows for a more accurate understanding of foot mechanics and helps guide appropriate advice or treatment options. Book a Biomechanical Assessment/Foot scan for this appointment.

    Topical Antifungal Treatments

These are applied directly to the nail to target and eliminate the fungal infection. These treatments work gradually as the healthy nail grows out. Book an Initial consultation for this treatment.

    Nail fenestration

This involves creating small openings in the affected nail to allow antifungal treatments to penetrate more effectively. This can improve the delivery of medication directly to the infected area beneath the nail. Book for Fungal Nail for this appointment.

    Dermatophyte Testing

This helps confirm whether nail changes are caused by a fungal infection. This diagnostic test ensures the correct treatment is chosen and helps rule out other nail conditions that may look similar. It can be done during your appointment on request, or as part of a fungal nail treatment plan. Book for Fungal Nail for this appointment.

You do not usually need the entire nail removed as we can remove the side that is causing the problem, without it affecting the rest of your nail. Foot Mobilisation Technique

FMT - A manual therapy to improve foot and ankle function and improve discomfort.

    Shockwave Therapy

    From £70

Shockwave Therapy uses high energy acoustic waves to stimulate the healing process of injured tissues. It has many known benefits including; pain relief, promotes tissue repair, can break down scar tissue and calcifications and can improve mobility and function. It is a relatively quick procedure. Book Shockwave for this appointment.

    Lower-Limb Cardiovascular Assessment

Comprehensive assessment for improving blood flow, circulation, and overall vascular health.

    Debridement

Debridement is used to carefully remove areas of thickened or hardened skin from the feet. Using specialist sterile instruments, a podiatrist gently reduces excess layers of dead skin that have built up due to pressure, friction, or changes in foot mechanics. This procedure is commonly used to treat callus, corns, and cracked heels, helping to relieve pressure, reduce discomfort, and improve overall skin health. Debridement focuses on removing only the outer non-living layers of skin, making it a safe and usually painless procedure, while also helping to prevent further problems caused by excessive hard skin build-up. Book an Initial consultation for this treatment.

    Routine Nail Care

Professional nail care includes cutting and shaping the toenails safely, particularly if nails are thickened, difficult to cut, or uncomfortable. Book an Initial consultation for this treatment.

    Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy aims to strengthen tendons and muscles and improve their ability to handle stress as well as correcting biomechanical issues that contribute to overloading the painful tendons. You can book directly with our in house Physiotherapist.

    Enucleation

Enucleation is a procedure used to carefully remove the central core of a corn, which is often the source of pain. By removing this core, pressure is reduced and discomfort can be relieved. Book an Initial consultation for this treatment
